KVKK notice

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Pajest, as data controller, informs you about how your personal data is processed.

1. Data controller

The business that operates the Pajest platform is the data controller for your account and customer data. You can use the contact channels to apply.

2. Personal data processed

  • Identity / contact: name or display name, email address
  • Account security: password hash, session and device records, IP address
  • Customer / billing: invoice details, payment transaction records (card data is not stored; it is processed by the payment provider)
  • Service use: project content, chat/studio inputs, form replies, domain operations
  • Support: messages you send through the contact form

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Your data is processed for the following purposes and legal grounds under KVKK Art. 5/6:

  • Creating an account, authentication, and providing the service (establishing/performing a contract)
  • Security, preventing abuse, audit logs (legitimate interest / legal obligation)
  • Billing and tax duties (legal obligation)
  • Answering support requests (contract / legitimate interest)
  • Communications based on your explicit consent (taken separately if used)

4. Transfers

Data may be transferred, only as needed for the service, to partners such as hosting, email, payment, and domain providers. If a transfer abroad occurs, the safeguards required by KVKK are applied.

5. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and as long as limitation or retention rules in the applicable law last; then it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • request information if it is processed,
  • learn whether it is used for its purpose,
  • request correction if it is incomplete or wrong,
  • request deletion or destruction under the conditions in KVKK,
  • request that this be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred,
  • object to a result against you produced by automated systems,
  • claim compensation if processing contrary to the law causes damage
