Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) apply between the person or organization using the Pajest platform (“User”) and the business that provides the service (“Pajest”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. The service

Pajest is a software service (SaaS) that includes website templates, studio editing tools, chat-assisted content, preview, domain connection, and publishing. What you can use depends on the plan you choose and the status of your account.

2. Account and security

You must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secret. Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorized use. People under 18 may not open an account without a legal guardian’s consent.

3. User content and responsibility

You are responsible for text, images, and other content you upload or create through the Service. You confirm that your content does not break applicable law, third-party rights, or public morals. Pajest may limit or remove content when required by law or for security.

4. Intellectual property

The Pajest software, brand, interface, and template infrastructure belong to Pajest. You receive a right to use the Service for the term of this Agreement; you do not receive ownership of the source code, brand, or template engine. You keep ownership of your own brand and published content.

5. Fees and trial

Prices and features of paid plans are published on the current pricing page. If a trial is offered, its scope and length are stated at sign-up. Cancel and refund rules for paid periods follow the plan terms; mandatory legal rights are reserved.

6. Availability and changes

We provide the Service with reasonable care. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or improvements. We may update or end features with prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Except for mandatory legal liability, claims for indirect loss, lost profit, or data loss are limited to the fullest extent allowed. You are responsible for the legal compliance of the site you publish (trade, advertising, KVKK notices, and similar).

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account for breach, abuse, or legal requirement. After termination, data may be deleted or anonymized except where law requires retention.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction; mandatory venue rules for consumers are reserved.
